COMMUNITY RULES
At TGM it is always important to maintain a good environment and compliance with the rules so that everything runs smoothly, whether on or off the track.
For that, we provide a list of rules to be respected that help to solve possible problems existing within the community.

Good Environment Maintenance
A good environment and good coexistence in a community are key factors for its proper functioning. To do so, the following list must be fulfilled:
• Not disrespecting any of the members and treating everyone equally (not demeaning/judging anyone); • Any act of racism, homophobia, xenophobia or any other type of discrimination within (and if possible outside) the community is prohibited; • It is forbidden to make threats of bullying, hacking or even aggression/death within the community; • Avoid conflicts as much as possible. If possible, maintain a calm dialogue to resolve them. If not, we will then ask to resolve things in private messages (but in case of threat or lack of respect, we will take into account the attitudes of each member involved); • Never censor anyone in the community. Everyone has the right to freedom of expression as long as they comply with the above-mentioned rules. We remember that the freedom of one ends when the freedom of the other begins.

Good Gameplay Maintenance and General Rules
Clean and fair racing on multiplayer is what we look for within our community. To do so, the following list must be fulfilled:
• Always play a clean game, respecting driving and sportsmanship etiquette; • Respect the rules imposed by the game and by the creators of races and championships; • The practice of dangerous driving, which includes the following manoeuvres/actions, is prohibited: - Waving that endangers the opponent's race; - Collisions that force the opponent to leave his driving line or that cause a slip; - Using shortcuts to gain an advantage in a race (including using PIT Lane to win a race); - Sudden braking in order to make the opponent following behind collide; - Improper blocking when the opponent is overtaking; - More than a change of direction for position defense (intensive blocking). • It is forbidden to go to the PIT's on the first and/or last lap of the race, unless in case of exception or damage. In the event of a mistake when choosing tire compounds, the following applies: - Wrong choice of compounds for dry on dry conditions, the prohibition on PIT's remains. - Mistake in choosing the tyre compound contrasting with the track conditions (i.e. wet conditions and dry compounds or vice versa), going to the PIT's is allowed. - Wrong choice of wet compounds on wet conditions, the prohibition of PIT's remains. *The race will be considered "wet" when the bar for the percentage of water on the track reaches 1/3 of its capacity.

Stewards Report
Sometimes it is necessary to analyze and act in some situations.
• All Grippers have the right to go to the Stewards Room to file a complaint about any undue event in the race. However, if the complaint is made 48 hours after the event, the complaint will be invalid; • As a general rule, the consequences of complaints may resort to the Rule of Reprimands or the Rule of Warnings, as well as to penalties directly levied on the final results of a race or championship.

Rule of Reprimands
They serve to warn the drivers, they generally do not penalize them. Rule used in light nature.
• Each reprimand has a validity period of 3 months. Generally, the player will not be inhibited from any action nor will be penalized; • After 3 reprimands , the player will be sanctioned with 1 warning, which means, after 9 collective reprimands, the player will be temporarily kicked or banned.

Rule of Warnings
Rule applied in cases of serious, very serious or extremely serious nature. It may result in penalties and restrictions.
• Each warning has a validity period of 6 months. The player may be inhibited from communicating on the Discord server and/or may be inhibited from participating in races (everything will depend on the seriousness of the act); • After 3 warnings, the player will be temporarily kicked or banned.

Notes on Expulsions and Bans
• In case of Temporary Expulsion, all player statistics will be kept in case there is a possibility of a return; • In case of Ban, all player stats will be erased and in case of a possible return, the player will be considered a Rookie.

Consequences for non-compliance with the Good Environment Rules
• In case of conflict, censorship or judgment of a light nature, there will only be an act of "advising" from the part of the administrators. The possibility of using the Rule of Reprimands may open up; • In case of conflict, censorship or judgment of a serious nature, the player will be punished with the Rule of Warnings and may be placed in punishment for 24 hours (without being able to communicate on the Discord server); • In case of conflict, censorship or judgment of a very serious nature, the player will be punished with the Rule of Warnings and may be placed in punishment for at least 48 hours (without being able to communicate on the Discord server); • In case of offense, discrimination, racism, homophobia or xenophobia , the player will be punished with the Rule of Warnings and may be placed in punishment for at least 1 week (without being able to communicate on the Discord server);
Note: all actions mentioned above are minimum actions, there may be actions that involve sanctioning the player through other modes, however maximum actions may involve temporary expulsions or banishments.

Consequences for non-compliance with the Good Gameplay Rules
• If the rule not complied with is from a light nature, there may be no action, as there may be recourse to the Rule of Reprimands; • If the rule not complied with is from a serious nature, there may be recourse to the Rule of Reprimands or the Rule of Warnings. There may also be penalties for the player in the leaderboard of races or championships; • If the rule not complied with is from a very serious nature, there will be recourse to the Rule of Warnings. There may be penalties for the player in the leaderboard of races or championships and prohibitions from participating in subsequent races. • If the rule not complied with is from an extremely serious nature, the player may be temporarily kicked or banned.
